I got up early and walked all by self the last two days. I take the canyon trail up to the reservoir and back. It's up hill, into the wind and pretty cold before the sun is over the mountain first thing in the morning. The last half is down hill and much more enjoyable!
Kendra must know however that if they find me in the bushes somewhere she gets to speak at my funeral. It was pretty quite and lonely on the trail alone!

I love the early mornings when the world is so quite. But I also like to be with someone in those early hours. I see you and Kendra doing a lot of good work in the gym. We're all in this together !
